Pricing and Currency
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a competitive price.
Shipping costs
We have 2 different delivery ones. A flat rate of either $7.00 or $14.00 per delivery.
Delivery timeframe
Orders are dispatched on Wednesday and Friday only of each week. Kilkenny Grain and Fodder do not deliver on public holidays. Orders will need to be received close of business the day before delivery (i.e. 5.30pm on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery), otherwise the order will be dispatched on the next delivery day.

Kilkenny Grain and Fodder ships to our stated delivery zones in South Australia only.
Zone A flat rate shipping of $7.00 delivers to the following post codes:

Shipping and Delivery Policy
Please note that suburbs and delivery zones are subject to reclassification from time to time. A street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used as a delivery address. You do not need to be home for delivery. If you are not home and have a specific place where you would like your goods left please make note at the time of order. We will only deliver to the shipping address stated. Should this address not be correct we do not take responsibility for this.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a back-order.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. In the event that any of these exceptions apply, Kilkenny Grain and Fodder must be advised within 2 business days of receipt of the product. Goods are to be returned to Kilkenny Grain and Fodder at the purchasers own expense and must remain in good re-saleable condition.
